4. proof of concept/MVP
We validate the most important assumptions, e.g. technical feasibility, data quality and user acceptance, as a basis for decisions on further expansion.
5. implementation & scaling
We continue to develop the solution in short iterations, integrate tests, code reviews and CI/CD and regularly agree the results with you.

We accompany the rollout, establish monitoring and support processes and ensure stable operation.

DFKI
Our Managing Director Dr. Mattis Hartwig is a Senior Researcher at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) in Lübeck. We are also involved in research projects in Schleswig-Holstein together with the DFKI.
University of Lübeck
Every year, we supervise several final theses in close cooperation with the University of Lübeck. We also sponsor the first-semester hackathon for the Computer Science, Media Informatics, IT Security and Robotics and Automation degree courses – promoting practical relevance at an early stage.
Technical contributions
Our team is regularly represented at regional events with specialist presentations on topics relating to the application of software development and artificial intelligence, thus strengthening digital skills in Lübeck, Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg.

Girls’ Day
Every year on Girls’ Day, we give schoolgirls from Lübeck and the surrounding area an insight into everyday working life in software development and show them hands-on how projects in web, app, cloud and data science are created. Our aim is to get girls interested in IT and IT professions at an early age and contribute to more diversity in tech teams in the long term.
